Our Sterilization Program
TNR La Pêche coordinates affordable sterilization appointments through the Lanark Leeds Grenville Spay Neuter Clinic in Brockville, Ontario.
We make it easy by arranging appointments and transportation.

Our sterilization program is available to all cat owners who can use one of our designated drop-off and pick-up locations:

Affordable Rates
Our sterilization program provides access to significantly lower-cost sterilization than is typically available through a regular veterinary clinic.

Appointments are limited and must be booked in advance.
Requests are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment.
Please indicate your preferred date(s) and drop-off / pick-up location in the request form.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once our volunteers confirm the details, the availability of the requested date, and receipt of payment.
Before You Request an Appointment
Cats must be at least 4 months old at the time of their appointment.
Payment must be received through the Zeffy link in the request form.
Cats must be healthy for surgery. Sick cats cannot attend.
Any unexpected veterinary costs identified by the clinic are the owner’s responsibility.
You are responsible for your cat’s after care.
A secure hard-shell carrier with functioning locks is required for transportation.
Need a hard-shell carrier? You can rent one for $10 through the appointment form.
What to expect on the day?
You will drop-off your cat early in the morning in a secure, hard-shell carrier at the designated location you selected.
A TNR La Pêche volunteer will meet you in the parking lot and will then drive all the cats to the clinic in Brockville, ON.
You will receive text updates during the day, including when the driver expects to return, based on factors like clinic delays and traffic.
You will pick up your cat at the same location where you dropped your cat off, generally between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m.
Your cat goes home with you the same day.
Preparation
Full details about your appointment, including pre-surgery instructions and carrier labelling requirements, will be provided through the booking form and follow-up emails.

Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Refunds are available with at least 3 days’ notice. No refund is provided for cancellations with less than 3 days’ notice, including when your cat is found to be sick at the clinic and surgery cannot proceed.
